1st Call Heating has been established for almost 8 years now and we are going from strength to strength.

We are based in Cramlington, Northumberland and provide affordable services across the North East.
If you believe your engineer should be a “STAR” then we are the right choice for you. We provide all our customers with an Honest, Professional yet Friendly service.
Our growing customer base has been grown from “Word of Mouth” from day one. We pride our reputation and aim to keep it at the highest level.
We are also keen to help the development of local people and are proud that our first apprentice, Josh Pyle has become a fully qualified gas engineer and continues to works with us today.
In 2018 we expanded our services to include a drainage service and 1st Call Drainage was born. Liam Wilkinson joined our team from a well known national company and provides a wide range of experience within our company.
